At Quality Prints, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Custom Products:

  • Custom products cannot be refunded once the printing process has begun.
  • Prior to printing, you will receive a digital proof for approval. Once approved and the printing process has commenced, custom products are considered final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@quality-prints.com
  • We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • Please provide photographic evidence of any damage or defects to expedite the resolution process, make sure to include order number in email.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards & Downloadable digital products (including design work) are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders for custom products can be cancelled and refunded in full if cancelled before the design process has begun. Once the printing process has commenced, custom orders cannot be refunded or cancelled.
